Two routes up

VegasNow VIP program: Diamond Club, Sin City and 21 tiers

Our VIP structure splits in two. Diamond Club is the route you can work toward through play, with member-only games, cashback and enhanced rewards. Sin City sits above it and is invitation-only, built around a personal manager, events and gifts.

Diamond Club: the route you can reach

Diamond Club is the working half of the programme and the part most members will experience. It opens up games held back for club members, adds the Tuesday cashback offer described on the cashback page, and upgrades the rewards attached to ordinary play. Nothing about it requires an invitation, which makes it the half you can plan for.

There is a shortcut worth knowing about. An opening deposit of A$500 or more can take the high roller route instead of the standard first deposit, paying 200% up to A$6,000 and adding a 60 day VIP trial. The trial is the fastest way to see the club from the inside without waiting for tier progression to carry you there.

Club benefits run alongside the welcome package rather than replacing it. The four deposit structure, the 40x wagering, the A$8 stake ceiling while a bonus is live and the A$5,000 cap on bonus fund payouts all behave the same way for a club member as for anyone else.

The upper route

Sin City: invitation only

The upper programme, and what separates it from the club.

✉

Invitation, not application

Sin City is extended to players rather than applied for. There is no form to fill in and no threshold published, which is the normal shape of an invitation-only programme.

👤

A personal manager

The headline benefit is a named contact who handles your account rather than a general support queue. A personal VIP manager also unlocks at the higher tiers of the main ladder.

🎁

Events and gifts

The programme is built around hospitality and physical rewards as much as around account mechanics, which is where it departs most clearly from Diamond Club.

The ladder

Seven named status levels

Each level covers three tiers, which is how seven names stretch across the full ladder of 21.

How the tiers progress →
  1. 01Golden Glimmer
  2. 02Parisian Palace
  3. 03NGN Grand
  4. 04The Spectre
  5. 05Gondola Grand
  6. 06Julius Palace
  7. 07Bella Vista

How seven names cover 21 tiers

The ladder is organised as seven named status levels spread across 21 tiers, so each name holds three steps rather than one. Golden Glimmer sits at the bottom, Bella Vista at the top, and the route between them runs through Parisian Palace, NGN Grand, The Spectre, Gondola Grand and Julius Palace in that order.

The three-tier-per-name structure has a practical effect: movement happens more often than a seven step ladder would allow, while the name you carry changes rarely enough to still mean something. You can climb twice inside Gondola Grand before the label changes, and each of those climbs is a real step rather than a cosmetic one.

We do not publish point values or tier thresholds on this page, and you should be suspicious of any site that claims to know them. What is published is the structure: seven names, 21 tiers, and a personal VIP manager that unlocks once you are high enough up the ladder.

The names themselves are worth a moment because they tell you something about the intent. Golden Glimmer is an opening, Bella Vista is a view from the top, and the stops between them borrow from the grand rooms the brand is named after. None of that changes the maths of a single spin, but it does make your position on the ladder easy to recognise when you log in, which is more than a bare number out of 21 would manage.

VegasNow personal VIP manager
Account management

What a personal VIP manager changes

At the higher tiers your account stops being handled by whoever picks up the next ticket. A personal VIP manager is a named person who knows your history, which mostly shows up in small ways: faster answers on cashier questions, context on which offers suit how you actually play, and a direct line when something needs a decision rather than a lookup.

Below that point, our standard support channels handle the same questions well. The manager is a convenience that scales with activity, not a different set of rules. Withdrawal paths, KYC requirements and the 0 to 3 business day window are identical at every tier.

The Sin City programme makes the manager central rather than incidental, and adds the events and gifts that sit outside the account entirely.

Contact support

What the two routes offer

Diamond Club

  • Diamond Club is reachable through ordinary play, with no invitation required
  • Club members get member-only games plus the Tuesday 10% cashback offer
  • A A$500 opening deposit can add a 60 day VIP trial through the high roller route
  • Seven status names across 21 tiers means progress shows up regularly
  • A personal VIP manager unlocks at the higher tiers of the main ladder

Worth knowing

  • Sin City cannot be applied for, only accepted
  • Tier thresholds and point values are not published, so progress is not something you can model in advance
  • Club status does not change the welcome package conditions: 40x, A$8 a spin and A$5,000 still apply
  • The Tuesday cashback offer does not state a wagering figure in its terms
FAQ

VIP questions

How many VIP levels are there?

Seven named status levels covering 21 tiers in total. Golden Glimmer is the entry name and Bella Vista the highest, with three tiers inside each name.

What is the difference between Diamond Club and Sin City?

Diamond Club is the reachable programme, with member-only games, cashback and enhanced rewards. Sin City is invitation-only and centres on a personal manager, events and gifts.

Can I ask to join Sin City?

It is extended by invitation rather than by application. Playing at the level the programme is aimed at is the only route, and no threshold for it is published.

When do I get a personal VIP manager?

At the higher tiers of the ladder, and as a central feature of Sin City. The exact tier is not published on this page.

Does the 60 day VIP trial need a big deposit?

It comes with the high roller first deposit option, which starts at A$500 and pays 200% up to A$6,000 instead of the standard 150%.

Do VIP tiers change the wagering rules?

No. 40x the bonus, the A$8 ceiling while a bonus runs, the A$20 minimum and the A$5,000 cap on bonus fund payouts apply across the programme.
