Why payouts follow the deposit back
Returning money to its source is a condition of our licence rather than a house preference. It is the mechanism that stops an account being used to move funds between unrelated payment methods, and it is why the name on your account has to match the name on the method. Where a deposit route physically cannot accept money back, as prepaid vouchers cannot, support arranges an alternative in your own name at the time of the request.
If you have deposited by several methods, expect the payout to be split in proportion, or to be sent back to the most recent qualifying method. Either way it lands in your own name. Verification documents
Know your customer checks happen once. Clearing them before your first withdrawal is the single biggest thing you can do for speed.
- Photo identification. A passport, a driver licence or a proof of age card. All four corners visible, nothing cropped, the details readable and the document still in date.
- Proof of address. A utility bill or a bank statement from the last three months showing your name and the address on your account. Mobile phone bills are often not accepted, so a power or water bill is the safer choice.
- Proof of payment method. For a card, an image showing your name, the first six and last four digits and the expiry, with the middle digits and the security code covered. For a wallet or a bank, a screenshot or statement header with the account name visible.
- Source of funds, on larger payouts. Occasionally requested, and satisfied with a payslip, a tax notice or a bank statement showing the money arriving. This is a licence obligation on bigger amounts rather than a judgement about you.
- Matching details throughout. The name, date of birth and address on the documents must match what you typed at registration. A mismatch sends the whole set back for another round.
What applies to winnings from bonus funds
Money won with bonus funds is capped. Once wagering is complete, a maximum of A$5,000 can be withdrawn from bonus derived winnings, and anything above that ceiling is removed when the balance converts. That is the condition most worth knowing before you start a session with a large bonus balance in play, because it sets the practical upside of the offer.
Three other conditions decide whether a bonus completes at all. Wagering is 40x the bonus amount. Each deposit bonus runs for 7 days from activation and expires with any unwagered balance attached to it. No single spin may exceed A$8 while a bonus is active, and a stake above that ceiling can void the bonus along with the winnings that came from it. The bonus pages set out the full wording.
Cash deposits played without a bonus carry none of this. There is no wagering requirement, no bet ceiling and no cashout cap, which is why declining an offer is a perfectly reasonable choice for a player who values a clean withdrawal over a larger starting balance. Nothing about declining affects your standing with us or your loyalty progress.
